Circa 59 at The Riviera Palm Springs recently announced that Chef Aaron Burns will be joining them as the new Executive Chef on the property. Burns spent time cooking in Napa Valley, and brings with him more than 20 years of experience to this desert hotspot.

The Riviera Hotel has elements of glam and hints of modern that marry together to create a space that makes it seems like you’re worlds away from home. Circa 59 is The Riviera’s signature restaurant, and the decor is unmistakable. Red leather, chandeliers, and enchanting outdoor fireplaces are a feast for the eyes, but the palette is where the real magic takes place, and Chef Aaron Burns could easily elevate this restaurant to new heights.
